Desmin Borges feels very privileged to be working on Mr. Dunne’s fabulous script, and even more so, to be making his debut in 16th Street Theater’s inaugural production.
Desmin has worked regionally with the Children’s Theatre Company in Minneapolis where he had the pleasure of originating the role of Miguel in Esperanza Rising.
Chicago credits include: Fernandez in The Defiant Muse, Joe/Stosh/Sharky in I Sailed With Magellan- both Victory Gardens, Clarin in Sueno- Greasy Joan Theatre Co., Ritchie Valens in The Buddy Holly Story at The Mercury Theatre, u/s Elliot in Elliot (A Soldier’s Fugue) at the Steppenwolf Garage, and was last seen in Remy Bumppo’s Think Tank Series as Gabriel in Freedom NY at the Victory Gardens Greenhouse.
