Valerie began acting with her younger sister Juliette in an effort to entertain 4 younger siblings, all under the age of 6 years. Favorite roles included AMERICAN BANDSTAND and THE DATING GAME! She was sidelined into a nursing career and found herself acting, directing and producing the annual Variety shows for the staff @ a local Medical Center. It was at this time, Chicago theatre beckoned and the rest is history.
Valerie is so honored to be back at the 16th Street Theater where she performed last year in their sold out hit THE PULL OF THE MOON by Elizabeth Berg.
Previously, she had been an ensemble member with Reflections Theatre and has enjoyed working with Zebra Xing, Eclipse, Steep, Bog, The Mercury, Impact, Terrapin Theatres and Stepple Productions. She had numerous Industrial films and TV commercials to her credit and you may catch her on an Actonel spot, currently running. |
