This celebration will feature entertainment by some of 16th Street's favorite performers and live music. Small bites, wine and beer will be served under tents on the beautiful grounds. Built in 1907, the Dunham home was designed by architects Talmadge & Watson and called a significant example of “Prairie School” architecture.  It is also on the National Register of Historic Places.
